By working with Videre Travel and signing these terms, clients are accepting these terms & conditions and authorize Travel Marketing Link Corp. dba Videre Travel to use the credit card provided herein to make payments on behalf. Client understand that credits, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of the supplier(s) and not Travel Marketing Link Corp. Client understands that Travel Marketing Link Corp is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. Client has been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased. Travel Marketing Link Corp's exposure is limited to the amount of commission paid and the company is not responsible for the actions or inactions of suppliers, including if third-party travel supplier financially defaults. Client consents to and requests the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Travel Marketing Link Corp. responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience. ​​

By making payment on these travel services, you have requested that Videre Travel (“Agency”) make one or more travel bookings on your behalf. To secure your booking, we may require payment of a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation of the trip or journey. All deposits are non-refundable. No accommodation or other service will be held or booked until payment is received. All of the above is subject to availability and pricing can change until deposit is paid. Failure to remit final payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your trip or journey and the Client will forfeit the entire deposit.

Also, please note our Travel Insurance policy here. To protect your investment in your upcoming trip and to protect the health and safety of your family, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for each and every trip. You will be offered travel insurance at the time of booking. If you decline to purchase, you acknowledge the risks associated and potential financial implications of traveling without insurance coverage. You, the traveler, are responsible for checking in for all flights and services, unless otherwise discussed.

As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, you acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which Agency has no control.

You further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including rights to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, you understand that should you elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances.

By booking this itinerary, you hereby agree to hold Agency harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, you may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans. Your travel advisor and the Agency are unable to predict any situation that might impact your travels as this process occurs. Clients are encouraged to independently verify their legal ability to enter a country prior to confirming travel planned.

For the time being, many countries are requiring negative PCR covid tests to enter and the US is requiring a negative test to re-enter. As testing in each state and cities is different, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ascertain what testing requirements are in place for the destination, any airlines to be used and any supplier-directed requirements and secure test results and documentation as required by each individual destination.
