Videre Travel is a travel consultancy offering custom trip planning and management services.
Our services start at $350 per family or couple, and varies based on length and complexity of the itinerary.
When you hire us you can expect;

Complete custom itinerary design including accommodation and tour options.

First, we will confirm hotel or accommodation bookings then we have a bit more time to finalize tours, excursions, & dining,

Enjoy preferred pricing, VIP access and inclusion of our exclusive negotiated amenities throughout the itinerary.

Itinerary, all confirmations and reservations will be provided to you at the time of booking, and again just prior to departure via our easy-to-use mobile app. This ensures you will have everything you need close-at-hand before and during your trip.

Some trips, like beach getaways or urban escapes, aren't quite as involved as complete custom itineraries. Thus we are able to offer a la carte pricing for our professional service fee.

Join the Videre Travel Club!
Some of our clients opt to utilize our services throughout the year on retainer. Our $1,500 annual membership fee includes unlimited travel planning services for a 12-month period.
Videre Travel Club members work with us whenever they are not sleeping in their own homes. Even if it's a quick weekend getaway, enjoy all the exclusive amenities and custom planning that are part of every Videre-planned trip.
We keep all your travel documents on record, from passports to hotel and airline loyalty numbers, so you can easily book a quick getaway with just one email or a quick chat.
This annual membership covers travel for your household as well as for any others who join you on a trip.
