Marine Wildlife and the San Ignacio Lagoon
San Ignacio is a legendary lagoon on the Pacific coast of Baja Mexico, where gray whales finish an 11,000 mile migration from the Bering Sea and Alaska to mate and calve each year.
These whales are uniquely curious and interactive, allowing for close-up, intimate encounters with these gentle giants and their newborn calves. Late March and early April is the perfect time to experience the gray whales, making it a perfect option for a family Spring Break adventure!
Travel north up the remote coastline by charter flight from Cabo San Lucas, landing on an airstrip right at the beach camp on the shore of the San Ignacio Lagoon. You'll be greeted with a glass of champagne and then whisked straight out for your first whale watching encounter.
Luxury Tented Camp
Sleep in Baja Mexico’s most remote, untouched region in comfort and luxury. The tents are windproof, insulated and heated to withstand whatever weather Mother Nature presents.
